Father And Son Assault In Worcester Results In Injured Troopers
Two New York State Troopers were injured while breaking up a fight along I-88 in the town of Worcester on Tuesday between a father and son. According to State Police they were called late afternoon to an area off Interstate 88 where 65-year-old Gary Lubrano and his 34-year-old son, Michael Lubrano of Cobleskill were fighting. As the troopers attempted to take the pair into custody, it resulted in battling pair injuring the jaw and lip of one trooper and breaking the hand of a second trooper. Both of the Lubranos were first hospitalized then each was booked into jail on $50,000 cash bail or $75,000 bond .
