Words We Hate

Who knows why, but there are some words that we hear in conversation that make us cringe.  I'm not talking curse words, I'm just talking about regular words that wouldn't make anyone raise an eyebrow necessarily, we just don't like the way they sound.

Huffington Post did a recent study on this very phenomenon and here are the results:

- Hubby
- Tender

What would you add to this list?  I would add "panties".  Don't ask me why.  I just don't like that word.
