Super Heroes Humane Society in Oneonta has almost reached its fundraising goal for phase one renovation thanks to a new grant from the Companion Animal Capital Fund.

Super Heroes in Ripped Jeans has announced that they have a new logo, website, and new name (Super Heroes Humane Society) that better reflects their mission.

Super Heroes in Ripped Jeans (SHIRJ) animal shelter, has been working hard to raise funds to support a renovation project for their new shelter located at 160 Pony Farm Road in Oneonta and they have an event coming up.

Have you heard about the movement, #BettyWhiteChallenge, to honor her legacy of being an avid supporter of animal-related causes throughout her life? The idea is to donate $5 to a local rescue or animal shelter on what would have been the actress' 100th birthday, January 17.
