President Barack Obama addressed the nation following the tragic events at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., on Friday morning.
Obama, admittedly reacting more as a parent than a president, emotionally responded to the shooting that took the lives of 20 kindergartners and seven adults after gunman Adam Lanza stepped into his mother's classroom.
