Oneonta Students To Start Year With Remote Learning
The Oneonta City School District announced students will start the new school year with all distance learning. Officials say they made that call so they can gauge the effects on coronavirus case counts as 7,000 college students return to SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick College this month. All OCSD students will engage in remote learning through Friday, Oct. 9. The current plan after that date is a hybrid of in-class and distance learning.
