It's National Lasagna Day and talk about one of America's favorite italian dishes!  Who doesn't love lasagna?  There does seem to be some debate surrounding it though: a matter of which cheese to use.  There are those that swear by the use of ricotta cheese in any lasagna recipe and those that stick by cottage cheese.  Tell us which you prefer?
