Leslie Ann Enjoys Local Fall Fun
This past weekend, I was determined to enjoy family fall fun and jumped in the car with my husband and son to enjoy three great places all within about 30 minutes of Oneonta. Our first stop was the Fly Creek Cider Mill in Fly Creek, NY. You can't beat beating the ducks and geese on the mill pond and talk about sampling tons of delicious foods! There's no way you'll leave there without all kinds of treats.
We also visited Willy's Farm & Cider Mill, just outside Schenevus, NY. It was a gorgeous day and we enjoyed walking the hill and seeing the gorgeous views, treated ourselves to a warm, freshly made cinnamon sugar donut, and of course wound our way through the fun corn maze.
We capped off the beautiful fall day by visiting the Betty and Wilbur Davis State Park in Worcester. I had never been there and was excited to discover this lovely gem nestled up in the hills which sits on 229 acres of beautiful mostly wooded land and is dotted with cabins you can rent.
What a weekend! It will be hard to top that for fall fun! Check out pictures below...
