Do you celebrate St. Patrick's Day? If so, it's either due to your Irish heritage or you just enjoy celebrating Irish culture for a day.  You can thank Irish American immigrants, who brought Saint Patrick's Day to the United States. In fact, the first civic and public celebration of Saint Patrick's Day took place in Boston, Massachusetts in 1737.
