Did you know that today, May 6 is "International No Diet Day"?  It's that time of year when a lot of people are trying to lose a few pounds with bathing suit season coming all too soon.

"International No Diet Day" teaches us to focus on health and accepting our bodies rather than trying to be skinny.  We're all shaped differently and that's perfectly fine and long as we're looking after our health.  You don't have to be a skinny minnie in order to be healthy.

So join me and ditch the diet today so that we can celebrate shape diversity.  Trust me, it's a lot more fun than dieting and it's just for one day.
