Three Walton residents were arrested on felony drug charges Monday afternoon by Delaware County Sheriff's Office Investigators as a result of their investigation of a Village of Walton burglary that was reported Monday morning.  Investigators searching for 23 year old Daniel Bowker, Jr., of Walton, in relation to the burglary investigation, located and stopped Bowker’s vehicle as he was driving on Delaware Street in the Village of Walton with two passengers in his vehicle.  Subsequent investigation led to the seizure of a quantity of heroin that was allegedly possessed by the trio.  Investigators charged Bowker, Jr., 19 year old Kyle Buckley and 29 year old Heather Terry of Walton with the class B felony offense of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree.  Investigators say Terry was also found to be in possession of a NYS Public Assistance Benefit Card.  After further investigation, Bowker was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Burglary in the Second Degree and Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree.  In addition to being accused of possessing and selling heroin, Bowker is accused of unlawfully entering a Village of Walton residence and stealing more than $1000 in U.S.  Currency and coins which have not yet been recovered.  Following their arraignment in the Village of Walton Court, Buckley and Terry were remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 cash bail.  Bowker was remanded in lieu of $100,000 cash bail on the burglary and grand larceny charge and was also ordered held in in lieu of $100,000 cash bail on the drug possession and sale charges.
