Walton Man Arrested Again for Grand Larceny
A Walton man, who was already accused of stealing from a couple of business associates, is now also accused of making unauthorized purchases on someone else’s credit card.
Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say 58-year-old Raymond Albertina is charged with felony grand larceny in the second arrest for allegedly charging up over $3,000 on the stolen credit card.
Deputies had arrested Albertina on November 4 for two felony counts of grand larceny for allegedly stealing property from business associates in the Town of Franklinworth $53,000.
Albertina was again released on his own recognizance to await his next date in court.
