Are you lagging a bit after the changeover this past weekend to Daylight Savings Time?  I know I am.  It's amazing what losing an hour of sleep can do to you.  It can certainly leave you a bit off on your energy for up to a week and can even go so far as to be deadly.  According to a study from the Fatal Accident Reporting System,  on the Monday following "Spring forward", there's a 17-percent increase in traffic fatalities simply because people didn't get enough sleep.

That's where "Napping Day" Monday comes in. Today's the day where you sneak in a little shut eye to recoup from the weekend.  The benefits of napping have long been touted.  So today, catch a little shut eye if you can manage it and reap the immediate feel better benefit.
