Don't forget we get an extra hour of sleep as we lay down to rest Saturday night. Turn the clocks back an hour at 2:00am Sunday morning. Or just do it before you go to bed.
Are you lagging a bit after the changeover this past weekend to Daylight Savings Time? I know I am. It's amazing what losing an hour of sleep can do to you. It can certainly leave you a bit off on your energy for up to a week and can even go so far as to be deadly.
Give me light, give me Daylight Savings Time! Thankfully it arrives this Sunday, March 9th. That means you'll have to set your clocks forward one hour before you go to bed this Saturday night.
This past weekend Daylight Savings Time ended and we all had to turn our clocks back one hour. It certainly sounds like a good idea on paper but tell that to my son who has been waking up at ridiculously early hours ever since the time change. I'm talking 3am and 4am! Then of course, at the end of the day, he's over tired and it's hard to get him to bed at his normal time.
