I take a yoga class every Monday night and absolutely love it.  It helps me with flexibility, strength and definitely stress.  Last night as I was fully enjoying the ending savasana pose where you get to lie down on the mat and go into deep relaxation, I had a thought...why do men rarely take yoga?  I certainly don't have any in my class.

I'm guessing that yoga is probably considered "girlie" by most men but I assure you, it's a far cry from girlie!  Depending on the type of yoga you choose, you can be quite physically challenged in every way and become quite the hard body.  Or maybe you're like me and looking for greater flexibility?  My class is focused on flexibility while incorporating strength building.  It has total body impact and you feel amazing afterward!
