Winter Storm Warning Issued

The National Weather Service in Binghamton, NY has issued a Winter Storm Warning in effect from 1 p.m. this afternoon through Tuesday at 1 p.m. This winter storm warning covers Chenango, Delaware, and Otsego counties, bringing with it heavy snow, sleet and strong winds.
