A man has been arrested on suspicion of using an airplane to stalk an Upstate New York woman, sometimes throwing tomatoes from the plane onto her roof.

The person suspected to have kidnapped 9-year-old Charlotte Sena from an Upstate New York State Park has been identified and the man has been arraigned.

New York State Police report that the AMBER Alert for Charlotte Sena has been canceled as the missing girl has been found alive and in good health.
