Why are moms awesome? Here are (just a few) reasons why moms are awesome.

Mothers have been communicating with their children via handwritten notes for years. Some mothers put more of a humorous spin on their notes than others, however. With Mother's Day right around the corner, we're hoping the children of the moms behind these hilarious notes have something awesome planned for them:    

Oh, moms. A generation of "digital immigrants," our moms have a real love/hate relationship with technology. Mother's Day is this Sunday and it makes me think about what it means to be a mom of two.  I find myself saying those pointless phrases that many frustrated parents say when the kids are doing things we don't want them to do.  I remember hearing several of these from my mom when I was a kid.  How about you?

It’s just about the sweetest thing when your husband and kids give you a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day. A thoughtful husband will get them from a store. A thoughtful kid will get them from your yard. Either way, the sentiment is adorable and always well received.

You could get her flowers. You could get her a nice card. You could get up REALLY early and make her breakfast in bed. You could even take cooking classes first to make sure it comes out all-right. But when did she ever buy anything nice for you? Get your revenge for all those time-outs you got way back when with these strange and insulting gag gifts.
