It was eight years ago that Twitter moved onto the social media stage.  To celebrate, the company is inviting users to join its founders for a trip back in time...all the way to their very first tweet.

Patrick Snay was the former head of a private preparatory school in Miami. At the age of 69, his contract with Gulliver Preparatory School wasn't renewed, which led to a legal battle. In November 2011, Snay and the school reached an agreement in which Snay would receive $10,000 in back pay and $80,000 as part of a settlement. The Gulliver schools also agreed to pay Snay's attorneys $60,000. Read M

Today, we celebrate the birthday of the most well known social networking site to date: Facebook.

If you are on Facebook, chances are pretty good that you see a lot of what people are eating, dirty laundry being aired, weather comments, and what people are doing at any given moment.

Have you heard or noticed that your Facebook status updates are not always getting seen by all your Facebook friends?  Apparently, Facebook is selecting what gets seen, based on what they think people are interested in, as determined by page interactions.
