Leslie Ann’s Favorite Facebook Status Updates and Photos This Week

After perusing Facebook this week I picked out the most interesting, puzzling, and enjoyable status updates, including some great pictures to share.  Don't worry, the names of the innocent have been withheld.

• "Why do people always seem to say that they look forward to their 'day in court' when in reality that is probably the last place they would like to find themselves? Scratching head pondering this."
  (Yeah, let's all scratch our heads)

• "After sweating through my third shirt, I strongly considering becoming a nudist!"  (I think we've all been feeling that way)

• "Everything is better upside down."
  (Really? Try telling my head that)

• "The Cooperstown Fire Department is celebrating 200 Years of service this year!! Friday July 5, there will be Games, Live Music, Hot Dogs, Burgers and Beer at Lake Front Park. Saturday July 6th there will be Games, Live Music, Hot Dogs, Burgers and Beer at Lake Front Park. The Parade begins at 6:00, followed by Fireworks at dusk. Join the celebration!! Support our local fire department!!"
  (And a job well done too!)

• "I am not a fast driver so I don't mind if folks drive the speed limit or maybe a little slower, who cares. I also understand the concept of having no idea where you are going, been there pretty often, but I was just behind someone who DID NOT know where they were going, if this happens you CANNOT just stop at every intersection and try to make a decision based on the fact that you DO NOT know where you are going, it's not planning time, it's driving time. That is all."

• "I love the people that look so cool crossing against the light until they realize the taxi speeding toward them is not going to stop."
  (that happens in Oneonta too, not just NYC)
