EMS and a fire crew responded to accident where a motorist had sped through a stop sign, collided with a guard rail on the shoulder of the road, and then landed in a field off the road after hitting a livestock fence.
State Police in Cobleskill earlier this week arrested Eleanor Black, 33, of Myrtle Beach, SC for 20 felonies.
Troopers charged Black with one count of grand larceny, seven counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument, six counts of falsifying business records, and six counts of offering a false instrument for filing.
An arterial route was proposed way back in 1951 and eventually became part of Dwight D. Eisenhower National System of Interstate and Defense Highways in 1956.
