Get ready to see some running action that will amaze you.  Ok, maybe that's an exaggeration.  This is definitely NOT your average 100 meter dash.

Now I won't go so far as to make fun of these mature runners since I was once beaten in the Tiger 5K race in Oneonta by a man at least 80.  Talk about embarrassing!  Needless to say, that was the first and last race I ever entered.
