Two Schoharie County men face felony charges in a cell phone scam. A New York State Police investigation revealed that beginning in May 2019 employees of OTS Wireless, a company used by Walmart to sell cell phone contracts inside their stores were involved in a scheme to sell contracts and cell phones using fraudulent information. Aaron Billings of Schoharie and Jacob Litchfield of Richmondville face multiple charges with Billings jailed on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond and Litchfield released on his own recognizance.
