Police Looking For Missing Hartwick Woman

A woman from Hartwick has been missing since October 1 according to the Otsego County Sheriff's Office.  48-year-old Roxanne L. Shipman-Hull left her home in Hartwick suddenly.  She was last heard from by a few friends on September 29.

Shipman Hull can be described as white, with brown hair and brown eyes, 5'6" tall, about 114 lbs.

She has her dog with her, a brown labrador, wearing a NY Giants leather collar.  Shipman-Hull is driving a gray 2011 Honda CRV with a NY license plate of HZN9505.  There is a Grateful Dead sticker on the back window.
