Oneonta Parks Commission Green Lights Park Upgrades

An updated parks master plan is now headed to the city of Oneonta Common Council.

This after the Oneonta Parks and Recreation Commission gave this proposal the OK at their meeting Monday night.

The LA Group will present the plans to the common council in June. This company was hired to update the parks' master plan that was originally finished in 1996. The proposal calls for a dog park, a water splash park for children, the addition of landscaping, parking spaces and trails, plus improvements to grounds and infrastructure.
