Oneonta Historical Society Plans ‘Main Street Oneonta: Past Present and Future’

This Thursday the Greater Oneonta Historical Society is organizing a walk up and down Main Street called “Main Street Oneonta: Past, Present, & Future”.

Among the walkers will be representatives of the GOHS, Main Street Oneonta, and City government, including Common Council member Chip Holmes, whose Ward 8 constituency includes Main Street.

Walkers will reminisce about the past, reflect on the present, and propose plans for the future. The walk leaves at 7:00 PM from the GOHS History Center at 183 Main Street. The walk is free and open to everyone.
