Yesterday, demonstrators from Norwich, NY gathered yesterday afternoon outside the Chenango County Courthouse to protest police brutality and racial injustice following the death of George Floyd, a black Minneapolis man who was killed by a white police officer. Organizer Amanda Mills issued a statement saying they support the Black Lives Matter movement and hope to shed light on the injustices that have taken place against our fellow humans.
