Mt Upton Woman Arrested on 6 Charges

On December 26th, a Town of Guilford resident was arrested by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of Petit Larceny, two counts of Unlawful Possession of Personal Identification Information 3rd Degree, and two counts of Identity Theft 3rd Degree.

Deputies arrested Heather A. Prince, 35, of Mt. Upton, NY. Following an investigation where Prince took two separate victims credit card information while working at a local business. Prince then used the credit cards to make unlawful money transactions. Prince was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Norwich Court at a later date.
