Missing Hartwick Woman Found Dead

The 48-year-old Hartwick woman reported missing earlier this month has been found dead. She was last heard from by a few friends on September 29 and left her boyfriend, saying that she was leaving and had no future plans.

According to The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office, hunters located a car belonging to Roxanne Shipman-Hull yesterday in a secluded part of Plainfield.  Her body, along with her deceased dog were found in the car. Investigators say foul play is not being suspected.
