Franklin Man Charged With Child Endangerment

Child endangerment charges are brought against a man involved in a Franklin domestic disturbance last weekend. According to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, an investigation determined Scott Conrad of Franklin got into a physical altercation with the victim while they were holding an 11-month-old child. Conrad had left the home before officers arrived but he was found a short time later and booked then released on his own recognizance pending a future date in Town of Franklin court.
