The other day while at the grocery store I bought a kind of flatbread I'd never seen before, Foldit Artisan Flatbread.  It was differently shaped than the traditional rectangular flatbread and shaped like an hourglass.  I thought it was an interesting concept and decided to try it.  What I discovered surprised me quite a bit and trust me, I am rarely impressed by new products or so called "new and improved" versions.

I never expected that a simple change in shape would make such a difference!  I made a veggie burger and put slippery avacado, aioli, and onion on it.  Usually, I use a bun to hold all these ingredients and have a hard time with stuff falling out, sloppiness and dripping condiments coming out of the bun.  This time was a very different experience: it was neat and easy to eat!  Plus the flatbread was tasty.  What more could I ask for?  Such a simple twist to a flatbread made all the difference in the eating experience.

My conclusion: Foldit flatbread is the best thing since sliced bread.  Guess I'd better go out and buy some stock in the company now that the secret is out.
