Say goodbye to New York’s coronavirus quarantine travel advisory state list as it’s been replaced with mandatory COVID-19 testing according to Governor Cuomo's Office. Travelers now need to show proof of a negative test taken within three days of arriving in New York State, and get a new COVID-19 test on the fourth day of being in the state. If that test comes back positive, a 14-day quarantine will be imposed. Anyone who refuses to be tested will be quarantined for 14 days automatically.
