Thursday Begins With Central NY School Closings And Delays

Talk about an almost non event!  After calling for 6 to 12 inches of snow and sleet accumulation last night during the Winter Storm Warning (which has been canceled), The National Weather Service has a bit of egg on their face, not that anyone minds.  I don't know about you but I was fairly thrilled to only see one inch of snow on the ground this morning.  That doesn't mean however that we are all clear when it comes to schools.  We have several school delays and closings from around the Central NY region.
