Here is something almost too good to be true...ALMOST.  SUNY Oneonta athletes are putting on a FREE "Kids in Sports Day" tomorrow, February 1st from 10am to 2pm in the Alumni Field House to promote healthy and fun activities during this cold winter when kids tend to be a lot less active. It's part of the students' community service pledge.

Your kids will be able to participate in many fun activities and the best part is that it's a drop off and it's free!  That way, you know your kids are getting some fun exercise in while you have some free time to yourself to enjoy.  Oh, the possibilities!

This event is for kids aged 4 to 13.  Pre-registration is greatly appreciated but walk-ins are welcome.  You can REGISTER HERE.  Check-in begins at 9:30am.

The day will be split into two sessions with a break for lunch. Send your kids with a bag lunch and either water or a sports drink.  Also, dress your kids in comfortable active wear since they will be learning and playing: soccer, tennis, volleyball, lacrosse, field hockey, and other sports related games. The event will wrap up at 2:15p with a round Q & A with the student athletes.
