What Does Oneonta, NY Need?

So I recently had a conversation with friends about what "Oneonta really needs" and some interesting answers came out:

• Outback Steakhouse
• Hooters - "They have great wings" (or great something else perhaps?)
• A brew pub
• an ice skating rink
• more shopping in Downtown
• a men's Big & Tall clothing store
• Chipotle (restaurant)
• Target
• Kohl's
• Five Guys (restaurant)
• Olive Garden

Interestingly enough, all answers were regarding restaurants and shopping, which tells me that generally, people are satisfied with services and entertainment opportunities in Oneonta.  I think that's pretty good for a small city.  Is there anything you would add to the list?
