Van Crashes Into Mandy’s Bar and Grill In Mt. Vision

It was an accident that could have proved deadly for anyone inside Mandy's Bar and Grill on Route 205 in Mt. Vision on Tuesday afternoon but luckily, no one was injured as a van crashed through a door in the dining area of the building.

According to New York State Police, that van was driven by 67-year-old Robert E. Ahlqvist of Mount Vision. It was determined that Ahlqvist was driving while intoxicated and he was charged accordingly by troopers.

Ahlqvist is set to appear in the town of Laurens court on October 29.
