Two Men Indicted In Morris Girl’s Murder

A grand jury has indicted the two Norwich men accused of murdering 11-year-old Jacelyn O’Connor of Morris. James Brower is charged with second-degree murder, hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence

Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding faces a first-degree murder charge, two second-degree murder charges and two rape charges. O’Connor was found dead on July 30 at Brower’s home. Both defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in Norwich on Monday.
