Susquehanna Garlic Festival Marks 20th Anniversary
It has become one of our area's most interesting festivals, and now it is celebrating its 20th anniversary. And all in tribute of the "stinking rose."
Garlic lovers rejoice! The Susquehanna Valley Garlic Festival is back for its 20th year on September 18, 2021. The location will once again be at the fields at Wood Bull Antiques, Route 28, Milford, NY
Growing garlic has a rich tradition in our Central New York region, and this festival helps to promote the hobby. On hand will be many varieties from the area as well as garlic grown around the world. The expert vendors will be glad to offer you growing tips so you can grow garlic at your home. There will also be live demonstrations, live music, food, a gift vendor area, and more.
And of course, everyone can go home with a garlic braid from the many that will be for sale that day.
This 20th anniversary of the Garlic Festival is supported by the Susquehanna Valley Garlic Growers Association and the Friends of the Garlic Festival.
