Halloween is back this year at the SUNY Oneonta campus on Thursday, October 28th. Before the COVID pandemic, SUNY Oneonta hosted an annual "Halloween in the Halls" event for community families. It consisted of a carnival, along with trick or treating in resident halls. Then, of course, COVID put the stop to all of that. Halloween is back at SUNY Oneonta this year!

Families in the area can come out to enjoy free Halloween fun on the SUNY Oneonta campus with a "Halloween Creepy Carnival" on Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021. This will take place safely outdoors, on the quad at the center of campus. The carnival will feature free snacks and treats along with Halloween-themed activities for kids. It runs from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

This event is hosted by the SUNY Oneonta Office of Residential Community Life and gives college students an opportunity to interact with families in the community in a positive, fun way. As part of this event, there will be a fundraising raffle to benefit the Oneonta Boys and Girls Club.

For more information, contact SUNY Oneonta Residential Community Life at (607) 436-2514.
