During a special meeting of the Oneonta Common Council on April 1, there will also be a public hearing set at 7:00 p.m. to review and discuss the Oneonta Police Department reforms recommended by the Community Advisory Board. Governor Andrew Cuomo ordered all municipalities to come up with police reforms following the death of Minneapolis resident George Floyd while in police custody.
