Meet the Susquehanna SPCA “Pet of the Week” – his name is “Zero”. Each Tuesday morning on Classic Hits 103.1fm, Allison Hungerford, licensed Vet Tech at the Susquehanna SPCA will tell us all about a special dog or cat at the shelter looking for its forever home which has been overlooked by visitors for some reason. Many times, it's because many animals are shy while in the shelter because it can be a stressful situation! Once adopted, many cats and dogs warm right up to their owners.

Zero, a 7-year-old Australian Shepherd mix, is a very athletic pup who enjoys going on walks and playing fetch. This wonderful boy also loves spending time with kids and going for rides in the car. Zero is housetrained and does very well loose in the home while his people are away at work. He prefers to be the only pet in his home, but trust us when we say he will provide you with all the companionship you need from a pet.

To meet Zero or any of the other adoptable dogs and cats, give the SQSPCA a call at 607-547-8111 to schedule a time to visit for convenience and for more personal attention from staff, although walk-ins are welcome.
