On March 6, state troopers from Norwich arrested Allen Wall, 31, of Oxford for driving while ability impaired by drugs, resisting arrest, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of marijuana.

After stopping his vehicle on State Route 13 in Oxford, troopers suspected that Wall was impaired by drugs when he was driving.

A search of his vehicle is said to have turned up oxycodone and oxycontin pills, and a small amount of marijuana. It is alleged that Wall then physically resisted arrest.

He was arraigned in the Town of Oxford Court and remanded to the Chenango County Jail on $2,000 cash bail.
