This Saturday the farmers’ market in Oneonta will offer a wide selection of local fruits and vegetables, including blueberries, strawberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach, beets, bok choi, summer squash, potatoes, scallions, salad greens, garlic scapes, and more.   Vendors will also offer stunning cut flower bouquets, farm-fresh eggs, poultry, meats, honey, jams and preserves, granola, specialty sauces, baked goods and handmade woodcrafts.

There will be free samples of sautéed garlic scapes by Naturally Speaking at the manager's table beginning at 10:00 am, using a recipe from the Otsego County Local Foods cookbook. The cookbooks, with recipes organized by our local growing season, are available for sale at the market every week.

Live music with with Melissa G Clark begins at 10am. Melissa’s repertoire spans the decades from the birth of rock and roll, to the British Invasion, the girl groups of the 60's, the folk music explosion, and the blues ala Eric Clapton. A real crowd-pleaser, this delightful performer will have you singing along as you browse the market.

The Oneonta Farmers' Market is held every Saturday throughout the season from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm at Oneonta’s Main Street Plaza under the white canopies right in front of the Clarion Hotel.
