New York State will start opening up more sectors of the population to get COVID-19 vaccines starting on March 17.  Among the "new" groups (or pools) of people who can get vaccines on that date include all not-for-profit workers who come face-to-face with the public in providing services; government workers who come face-to-face with clients; and essential in-person building workers.  Also, citizens who are 60 years or older will also become available to get vaccinated on that date.
