NY Governor Andrew Cuomo has issued a State of Emergency for New York State due to weather conditions. That means no un-necessary travel please.  It's always best to call ahead if you have to work or have an appointment.  You should also call ahead to any business that you need to visit to make sure it's open.

In a release from the City of Oneonta, the roads are now open again and the state of emergency has been lifted, however the snow emergency is still in effect.  That means parking is prohibited in Oneonta until further notice.

All Otsego County roads are closed until further notice.
