My Trip to One of the World’s Most Amazing Gardens: Longwood Gardens [PHOTOS]

I want to let you know about one of my very favorite places to visit.

For those of you who enjoy an amazing feast for the eyes and nose, Longwood Gardens is the place to go in Kennett Square, PA and it's just 4 and a half hours away from Oneonta, NY.  It's a wonderful overnight for families or anyone who enjoys incredible beauty.

Longwood features acres upon acres of gardens of just about every variety.  Then, when you head inside to the conservatory, you'll find everything from a tropical jungle to a room completely filled with orchids.  As far as I can see, they have just about every kinds of garden from all over the world.

As you can imagine, Spring is an amazing time to go to Longwood since you'll get to enjoy all the beauty of Spring times one hundred with seas and seas of Spring flowers. And don't worry about the kids.  There is plenty for them to enjoy: four different giant tree houses to play in, an outdoor children's garden, an incredible indoor children's garden where water features abound, and an outdoor topiary garden where kids love to play hide and seek.

I highly recommend a trip to Longwood Gardens to see one of the best gardens I've ever seen.  I dare anyone not to enjoy it's incredible beauty.
