The Marshall Tucker Band are gearing up to head to the 2012 Vice Presidential Debate tonight (Thursday, Oct. 11), where the rock legends will perform at the face-off between Vice President Joe Biden and Congressman Paul Ryan, when the two political figures go head-to-head.

The Southern Rockers will take the stage around 10:30PM ET performing all of their hits at Centre College in Danville, Ky., immediately following the debate.

"It’s a serious thing, being part of the debate," says Marshall Tucker Band lead singer and founding member Doug Gray, according to a press release. "We are very excited to perform and would like to invite Vice President Joe Biden and Congressman Paul Ryan to join us onstage to help us sing 'Can't You See!'”

Those in the area are welcome to attend the performance, which is a free show to anybody who would like to join in on the activities. Fans can log onto the Centre College's official website by clicking here for more information.
