The article entitled "Eight Farmhouses on Airbnb That Will Make You Want to Abandon City Life," was published recently by Architectural Digest, an internationally distributed  magazine by Conde Naste.   The reputable monthly digest had as much praise for The Lodge at June Farms in West Sand Lake as it had for other notable cabins as far away as California, France, South Africa and India.

The magazine described the The Lodge cabin at June Farms as, "In Upstate, New York, The Lodge at June Farms is as whimsically quaint as its name implies," adding that it's "Rustic in all the right ways."

A Tweet by June Farms owner Matt Baumgartner (@JuneFarmsMatt) on Thursday seemed to express a great deal of well-deserved gratitude for the national recognition.

The Lodge at June Farms has received an almost near perfect rating by Airbnb guests . Described on Airbnb as  "a stunning, rustic, open-floor-plan retreat...(with a )screened-in front porch (looking) down onto our beautiful horse pasture," those who have stayed there, and reviewed it, have given it 4.94/5 stars
