Joe Campbell, “Grand Old Man of Radio,” Memorial Is July 27

The late Joe Campbell, Oneonta's legendary "Grand Old Man of Radio," will be celebrated at a public memorial service this Saturday, July 27.  The celebration will take place at 11:00 AM at the Oneonta Elks Lodge.

Family and friends will pay tribute to Joe by focusing on his friendships, his teaching career, his years as an athletic coach and mentor, and for his historic career on Oneonta radio at WDOS.
