Heinz Ketchup: Anticipation or Frustration?

The other day, I was having lunch in a local Oneonta eatery and greatly anticipating my lunch since I was very hungry.  After receiving my plate with fries on it, I reached for the Heinz Ketchup bottle only to find myself frustrated because the darn stuff wouldn't come out!  It took me back immediately to the classic Heinz TV commercial I remember well.

When you're viewing it, notice how easily the ketchup comes out for the kid in the commercial and he forms a perfect ring on his burger.  It NEVER comes out that way!
