Hartwick Man Charged In Physical Dispute

A Hartwick man is jailed on charges in connection with a physical assault on Sunday. According to a New York State Police report, it happened at a home on County Route 11 in the Town of Hartwick when Preston Bryant punched the victim several times and and choked that person during a dispute. According to investigators the victim received bruising and lacerations to the face and arms but did not required medical attention. Bryant was jailed on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 property bond with his next court date set for Wednesday.
